Application process

Application Dossier Review

As soon as we have received your complete application dossier, you will receive a confirmation email. Subsequently, we strive to review the documents as quickly as possible. You can expect a response within three to five working days.

Video Call

In the next step, we would like to get a first personal impression of you. This informal call usually takes place with your future Team Leader and/or someone from the People & Culture department.

On-Site Assessment

After the video call, an Assessment Day follows at one of our local offices. This day offers an opportunity to get to know the team and the working atmosphere at Redguard. We eat lunch together and exchange ideas. In addition, you will gain insights into the daily tasks that await you with us.

FAQ

Can I work part-time at Redguard?

Absolutely! Usually all our full-time positions can accommodate an 80% workload. While we do advertise part-time positions, there's flexibility available, ranging from 60% to 100%. If you're interested in a full-time role but prefer to work slightly fewer hours, don't let that discourage you. Go ahead and apply, mentioning your preference in your cover letter.

Are there internship opportunities at Redguard?

We sometimes employ interns at our place. If there isn't an appropriate job advertisement open, you're welcome to submit a spontaneous application.

Dress code - what should I wear?

The clothes you wear depend on your character and the position you're applying for. Spend some time contemplating what you would wear for the specific role. We're interested in your personality and typically uphold a «casual chic» dress code in the office. Clothing should always be clean and well-kept. It's crucial that you feel comfortable in your clothing.
