Darknet monitoring from preparation to reporting

• Preparation:
  We start with a detailed discussion to understand your specific requirements.
• Monitoring configuration:
  Based on your keywords, we create the search requests and set up the alerting. Together with a CSIRT employee, you define the keywords that are to be monitored, for example:
  • E-mail addresses (@customer.tld)
  • Domains customer.tld
  • First and last names (CEO, CFO)
  • User name and abbreviation (firstname.lastname)
  • Brand name (product)
  • Suppliers with remote access
• Continuous monitoring:
  Our system continuously monitors the Darknet according to your defined keywords.
• Alarm for hits:
  As soon as our monitoring system identifies a hit, our Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) is alerted immediately. Processing takes place during office hours (08:30 to 17:30).
• Notification of real threats and Reporting:
  As soon as one of your keywords strikes, our CSIRT is alerted. If the hit turns out to be a real threat (true positive), we will inform you via a predefined e-mail address within four hours of detection. Otherwise, you will be informed about the hits in a monthly report.
